Definition

The strategic focus is the ""sweet spot"" where an organization's distinctive competencies are used to produce a unique value proposition in passionate pursuit of its purpose. The aspects of the strategic focus are subsets of the main four -- core ideology, fundamental value proposition, and distinctive competency. See strategic focus.

The inquiry is conducted with the same approach as the comprehensive inquiry, with an inquiry on each part of the aspect, and the aspect integration inquiry pertinent to strategic focus.
